Hello Members
I am in Trinidad and Tobago at the early board meeting. The Women Police organization in Trinidad and Tobago are very welcoming. They are hosting there 2 Day conference here after the early board meeting. I will not be able to attend because I will be going back to work on Tuesday.
I am hoping that all our Region 6 members can come to our Conference in September 2013.
Africa will be a once in a life time experience.

New System for Members Only
NEW System for Members Only
The International Association of Women Police (IAWP) modernized its member services on January 1, 2013. This new system provides IAWP members with important self-service functions so you can directly update your contact information, choose what information to show in the Member Directory, and set privacy for your record. The Member Directory is now set to display only your first and last name, email address, organization, telephone, region and country. You can change the information if you choose by editing your personal profile. Under Members Only you will also find the new Chaplain’s area, discounts for members, a discussion forum, an announcement board, a link to the Regional Blogs, WomenPolice Magazine issues, automatic news feeds from around the globe, and much more. Additionally, the new system does support international characters so members can type in those characters and the system will store and will export them to be used in postal mailings.
To get to the new area:
- http://iawp.wildapricot.org
- Login with your email address,
click Forgot Password. The system will generate a temporary password for
you.
- Log back in with your email
address and temporary password.
- Accept the terms of service then update your password.
If you experience any problems, email carolpaterick@gmail.com. Take some time to log in now and review/update your
contact information. This new service is where IAWP will generate labels for
mailing so remember to keep your contact information up to date at all times.
